What we will not pretend

Bid documents are CAPTCHA-gated on the government portals. We do not bypass that. A document fetch is an operator action, which is why it is metered.
AI answers cite their evidence or say they cannot answer. An eligibility check on an unread document returns “insufficient evidence”, not a guess.
Competitor and award data is thin and every screen that uses it says how thin. We do not infer a winner or a bid amount that nobody published.
